Access detailed information about a candidate’s profile through the Full Profile View. Profiles can be accessed in two distinct views:

  1. Sidebar Profile View: Click on the profile card.
  2. Full Profile View: Click on the candidate’s name or select “View Full Profile” from the sidebar.

The Sidebar Profile View appears on the right side of the screen and provides a summarized view of the candidate’s key details, such as:

  • Linked socials
  • Contact information
  • Experience
  • And more…

Full Profile View

Click “View Full Profile” or the candidate’s name to expand the profile into the Full Profile View. This view includes:

  • Profile highlights that showcase key strengths, skills, and career milestones
  • Team notes that reflect internal discussions and evaluations
  • Engagement history to track interactions across your hiring pipeline

The Full Profile View fosters collaboration by centralizing all candidate-related insights, ensuring your team is aligned.

The Activity History & Notes section allows you to view:

  • Past engagement with the candidate

Threads

The Threads section is built for team collaboration, enabling your hiring team to add notes, mention colleagues, and keep discussions organized. Key features include:

  • Rich text formatting: Add context with bold, italics, and lists.
  • Mentions: Use @ to tag teammates directly in notes. Tagged members will be notified, ensuring timely responses and alignment.
  • Tagging: Add tags to group related notes or highlight critical details, like “Needs Follow-up” or “Fast-Track Candidate.”

By fostering transparent and structured communication, Threads make it easy for your team to collaborate effectively, ensuring no input or feedback is missed. Whether you’re discussing interview impressions or debating next steps, Threads keep everyone on the same page.
